Dedicated to our craft, our team at the Weald Smokery strive to produce the very best. This is recognised by a host of awards, for both our people and our products. Whilst it’s not the reason we do what we do, it is comforting to know that others enjoy our produce as much as we enjoy creating it.

    Our head smoker Wayne, has been awarded The Balvenie Masters of Craft for his work here at the Weald Smokery.

The Great Taste Awards are the UK’s undisputed benchmark for fine food. Both the number and quality of entries are staggering, and go up every year. The judging is conducted by some of Britain’s best-known and most formidable food experts. Suffice to say, any product that wins an Award is truly of the very highest standard.
