We’ve grown from a husband-and-wife team to around 25 people, all of whom live locally.
We always put quality above quantity and understand that the true pleasure in food lies in savouring something properly crafted and full of flavour.
We have deliberately stayed small to maintain our high standards and remain close to our suppliers. We always know where every single fish, cut of meat and round of cheese comes from and we are naturally very selective. It also means we know our customers – many of them by name – and can deliver the choice, quality, taste and service they demand and deserve.
We’ve continued to produce our smoked products using traditional techniques, which ensures our products retain their truly authentic taste and texture. At the same time, our preparation areas are all state of the art, guaranteeing our products maintain their quality, from kiln to customer.
