Ordering Information

Cool Chain Packaging Charge

All our products leave us straight from the refrigerator and our packaging is insulated and incorporates ice packs. We have already added the cool chain packaging charge into your order, as shown above (£2.75).

Cool chain charges do not apply to orders solely for gift boxes or hampers.

Delivery Charges

All prices are inclusive of the courier charge to most UK addresses. Offshore UK addresses and Scottish Highlands are available at an additional cost of £15.00 per address. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is available at an additional cost of £17.50.

Delivery charges for Offshore UK / Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland / Republic of Ireland will be added once you have entered the delivery address.

Delivery Date

Delivery is by overnight courier Tuesday-Friday inclusive.

Should you require delivery on a specific date (e.g. Christmas), please state this clearly where indicated on the final checkout screen and be sure to include your daytime telephone number.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

We can only deliver goods to one address per order. If you wish to split your order into separate delivery addresses you will need to place one order per address. Alternatively, call us on 01580 879601 and we will take your order and addresses over the phone.

Is This Order a Gift?

We will happily enclose a gift message free of charge if you are sending this order to someone else as a gift.

You will be able to add a message to this order on the final checkout screen, before payment is submitted.

Christmas Orders

Please order as soon as possible before Christmas, as orders cannot be guaranteed if received after 15th December. Delivery of Christmas orders will be between 15th-23rd December.
