Smoked Venison Tartlets
These canapes are so easy to assemble, look colourful and are packed with flavour, a little venison goes a long way. Keep some pastry cases in your larder for when you have family and friends over.
Ingredients
- 100g Weald Smokery Smoked Venison
- 12 Mini Pastry Tartlets Cases
- 4 tbsp Chilli Jam
- 4 tbsp Crème Fraîche
- 1 tbsp Chives
- Ground Black Pepper
Method
- Spoon a little chilli jam into the base of each tartlet
- Add a little créme fraîche and top with a small roll of Weald Smokery Smoked Venison
- Add a spoonful of chopped chives and a twist of black pepper.
This recipe is equally as delicious with any of our smoked meats.
